Dr. Chunyun Li joined the Department in September 2015. She received her PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She also has a BA in social security from Renmin University of China. Dr. Li’s research has been published in academic journals such as Industrial and Labor Relations Review, British Journal of Industrial Relations, and Journal of Supply Chain Management.
Dr. Li teaches courses in International Employment Relations, Management of Human Resources in Global Companies, and People Analytics and Technology.
