Tolu Osho studied MSc Human Resource Management at LSE Department of Management in 2008. Since graduating, she has gone on to achieve an incredibly successful career and is currently Reward Specialist at Diageo, a multinational beverage alcohol company.

With so much opportunity and competition out there, it can be hard to understand how to effectively carve out a career path in Human Resources. In this podcast, Tolu shares top tips and insights from her career journey, discusses exciting new trends in HR and highlights the role of technology and data in shaping innovation in HR.
