Research paper on careers claims Best Overall Award

Nominees were selected out of all submitted papers for this year's Academy of Management annual conference

Shoshana Dobrow, Assistant Professor of Management at LSE, and her co-author, Jennifer Tosti-Kharas, Associate Professor at Babson College, have received a Best Overall Paper award from the Academy of Management Careers Division.

For the award, three nominees were selected out of all submitted papers for this year's Academy of Management annual conference. A committee of division members then chose the winner based on several criteria, such as novelty, methodological rigour, and contributions to careers research.
