Each year, the Careers Division of the Academy of Management formally recognises excellence through the bestowal of several awards.

We are pleased to announce that Shoshana Dobrow, part of the Organisational Behaviour Faculty Group, has received the inaugural Mid-Career Award for 2020. An overview of the awards can be found here.

The Mid-Career Award recognises a rising scholar whose independent contributions promise to have lasting impact on the careers field.

Shoshana’s portfolio of work promises fundamental contributions to the way we think about careers and exhibits independent and original intellectual influence.

This award was due to be given at the Academy of Management conference in August 2020, which will now be delivered virtually.
