Rebecca is a Health Policy Consultant with research interests in health financing, priority-setting, and health system strengthening. Much of her recent work has focused around pandemic preparedness and response and implications for Covid-19. Prior to joining the School as a staff member, Rebecca was awarded a Distinction in a joint Masters in Health Policy, Planning & Financing from the London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Before her MSc, Rebecca spent two years working as a Program Coordinator and Research Assistant on the Global Health Policy Team at the Center for Global Development in Washington DC. She has provided consulting support for the World Bank, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and has published in academic journals including Vaccine and Health Policy.
Rebecca received a BA in Public Health from Brown University. Taking a mix of courses between Brown’s School of Public Health and the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs, Rebecca developed a particular interest for global health policy during her undergraduate degree.
