Your Visa

Your visa status (including your eligibility to apply for the Graduate Route) may change as a result of your deferral. The School is required to report to UK Visas and Immigration any changes in the registration status of Student visa holders. There is further information on the When you have your visa webpage about what impact your deferral may have on your student visa, specifically under the sections entitled "Deferring your Assessments if you have a Student Visa" and "Re-taking Assessments".  If you have questions about how your visa will affect your individual immigration status, you should ISVAT for advice about your individual case.
