On 9 November, Dr Jo Braithwaite and LSE Law Visiting Professor in Practice Dr David Murphy launched a series of seminars on the 'Future of Financial Market Infrastructure'. They give the first seminar on the topical issue of the resolution and recovery of central counterparties, with the event attended by 80 academics, regulators, practitioners and industry experts. The second (zoom) seminar is on 30 November and will be on the topic of 'Spread trades in the time of COVID', given by Fernando Cerezetti, Chair of the Risk Committee of the European Association of CCP Clearing Houses. There will be two more events in this series in Lent Term, plus a forum for PhD researchers and early career scholars working in the area, to be held on 7 December.
