Hosted by the Department of Law
Hong Kong Theatre, Clement House
Thursday 01 Nov 2018 6.45pm - 8.15pm

ACLU National Legal Director David Cole and Philippe Sands, UCL Professor and author of

East-West Street,

will talk about how Americans are fighting back against the wide-ranging ramifications for the US since the election of Trump, what lessons we might draw from the resistance, and what is at stake for all of us in the rise of populism.
