Katy is the Events Co-ordinator in the Department of International Relations. She is responsible for the department’s public lecture series and workshops.

Since coming to London from Australia in 2019, Katy has worked in higher education and international think tanks. Prior to this, she has experience working for the Australian government, and has lived in South Korea and Austria teaching English to young learners.

Katy has studied a Bachelor of International Relations and Master of Peace and Conflict Studies, and her research interests are conflict resolution across cultures, climate security, small states and International Relations theory.

Katy’s interests include meditation, yoga, cold-water swimming, camping, songwriting and exploring wild places.
