About me

Anna has a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute. She holds an MPhil from the University of Oxford and has been a Visiting Scholar at Stanford under the Fulbright program and at the Connected_Politics Lab (University College Dublin). Her research focuses on the origins of meritocratic beliefs and their persistence over time, among citizens’ attitudes and within political discourse, using experimental methods and computational text analysis.
