United States: Jackson Bone: the Trump-linked US law firm engaged in anti-trans litigation. A former senior Trump administration staffer with extremist connections and the legal director of “radical feminist” group the Women’s Liberation Front (Wolf) are now partners in a Wisconsin law firm exclusively focused on anti-transgender litigation.  Read more here

United Kingdom: Mermaids, which supports transgender, non-binary and gender diverse children and their families loses legal challenge over LGB Alliance's charity’s status. It is thought to be the first time in the UK that a charity has sought to have the charitable status of another organisation removed. Read more here

United States: The University of Cincinnati has rescinded a reprimand issued to an adjunct professor who failed her former student in a class assignment about trans athletes.  Professor Melanie Nipper argued that her decision was well within the boundaries of acceptable censorship outlined in UC's free speech policy, that which is "reasonably related to a legitimate pedagogical purpose, such as classroom rules enacted by teachers."  Read more here
