Mars holds an MSc in Economics (with distinction) from the LSE and a BSc Economics and Finance (First Class) from the University of Hong Kong. He is currently a research assistant in the Altruistic Capital Lab, working on projects at the intersection of development, organisational, and behavioural economics. He is particularly interested in how individuals make decisions that deviate from equilibrium predictions due to bounded rationality and social norms.
