Lucas is an MRes Economics student on the MRes/PhD Economics programme in the Department of Economics. His primary research interests are development economics and political economy.
Lucas holds an MA in Economics from FGV-EPGE and a BSc in Mathematics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
