We are delighted that five LSE alumni have been featured in the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list. This is a highly acclaimed list that recognises young leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators who are creating a significant impact in their industries. Find out how these young LSE graduates are shaping the world in the fields of finance, retail and sustainability.

Alice Aedy (BSC 2015 Government) 
Social Impact  

Alice Aedy is a co-founder of Earthrise Studio, a climate crisis-focused digital media platform with a mission to tell stories that will change the world. In addition to their website, they have a YouTube following of 3.7 million and an Instagram following of 254,000. They have created content for YouTube Originals featuring David Attenborough, Jane Goodall and Barack Obama.

Alex Bonvin (MSc Geography 2017) 
Retail and Ecommerce  

Alex is the founder of investment holding company Audacia Group whose portfolio currently includes 12 e-commerce businesses. Founded in 2018, Audacia Group generated $70 million in 2022 and currently employs 57 people. Alex has worked with holding companies since 2014 and is also a co-founder of The Green Van Company, a restaurant and food truck business.

Nina S Mannheimer (Intercollegiate 2013) 
Social Impact  

Nina is co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Klim, a regenerative agriculture company based in Berlin. Klim provides incentives for farmers to restore their soil and store CO2. At only two years old, Klim has raised over $8 million and worked with 2,300 German farmers. Nina has worked in product design since 2016, working with Evermore Health, AirBnB and AKQA.

Nina Mohanty (MSc Management 2017) 
Finance  

Nina is a co-founder of Bloom Money, a savings club for immigrant communities. Inspired by community savings schemes, Bloom Money offers users an app to help them manage their community savings, send money home, or save for special occasions. Nina has worked in the fintech sector since graduating. Before founding Bloom Money, she worked with Mastercard and Klarna.

Norman S Wooding (MSc Management 2017) 
Finance  

Norman co-founded Scrypt Digital in 2018 in the basements of his and fellow co-founder Sylvan Martin’s parents. Scrypt Digital is a broker and trading platform for cryptocurrency assets. As of 2023, they are gaining one new client a week and processing hundreds of thousands of transactions daily.
