Kasper Vrolijk is the Managing Director of the Asser Institute, a leading institution on international law based in The Hague, working at the intersection of research, education and policy. Kasper is also affiliated to the University of Goettingen, with research interests in international trade and development, particularly on Africa. Kasper holds a PhD in Economics from SOAS, University of London, and a MSc in Public Policy from Maastricht University.
