The Africa Rising Symposium is a thought leadership platform dedicated to shaping the conversations that matter most to Africa’s future. It convenes bold thinkers, visionary leaders, and global collaborators to explore Africa’s evolving place in the world. Under the theme “Beyond Potential: Africa’s Age of Performance”, the Symposium will focus on how leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and reformers are delivering real outcomes across business, policy, and the creative industries. It will also engage honestly with the real issues confronting the continent, from infrastructure gaps and governance challenges to limited capital access, while highlighting the many upsides of the African story, including global cultural influence, a thriving entrepreneurial class, and a youthful population ready to lead.
Key sessions include:
- Deal Flow & Delivery – Scaling ventures and financing African ambition
- Policy in Action – Reform, diaspora collaboration, and institutional strength
- Proof of Culture – Converting Africa’s cultural capital into economic value
- From Pitch to Performance – A candid fireside chat on navigating African markets
Beyond the dialogue, the Symposium will also offer access to high-level networking, cross-sector collaboration, and an opportunity to be part of the ideas shaping Africa’s position in global diplomacy, trade, and innovation.
