An investigation in hospitals’ organisational culture can be useful to explain why the healthcare sector is particularly vulnerable to internal sources of cyber threats than any other sectors. Through qualitative interviews with health organisations' employees, I hope to uncover the organisational culture factors that influence hospitals' vulnerability to internally-driven and human-error-related cyber security threats.
