About

Rosanna is a PhD candidate in Demography (Social/Formal) supervised by Professor Ernestina Coast and Dr Tiziana Leone. Her research critically examines evidence on sexual and reproductive health in displacement, using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Her research builds on her practitioner experience, including in Iraq, the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, and refugee responses in Asia and Europe. She is interested in issues of measurement and using better evidence to advance equity in global health.

Rosanna has a MSc in Social Research Methods (Distinction, 2021) and MSc in Population and Development (Distinction, 2014), both from the LSE. Her undergraduate degree was BA (Hons) Human Sciences (First Class, 2012), from the University of Oxford.
