About me

I am the year one Departmental Tutor have been a member of the Department of Mathematics at LSE since 2006. I am also a DSI Affiliate with LSE's Data Science Institute. Before joining LSE, I have held postdoctoral research positions at Simon Fraser University, the University of Texas at Austin, and University of Pennsylvania, following my PhD study at Cornell University. I received my BSc degree from Bilkent University.

My main research interests lie in algorithms and theory of computing in general. In particular, I am interested in sublinear algorithms, property testing, and randomised computation.

You can find more about my research and publications on my personal website.
