Student Shadowing

Student Shadowing provides a unique opportunity for Year 12 and 13 students from schools and colleges in the UK to gain an insight into studying at LSE. Students spend half a day at LSE shadowing an undergraduate student. As part of the day, they will:

  • attend an undergraduate lecture
  • have a tour of the campus
  • quiz students on their university life

Students also have the opportunity to speak to someone from Student Marketing and Recruitment with any queries or concerns they have about admissions and other aspects of studying at LSE.

We hope that shadowing a student will allow participants to make an informed decision about whether to apply to LSE.

In 2016/17, over 500 students took part in LSE's Student Shadowing Scheme.

Student Shadowing runs from October to March each year and has now finished for the 2017-18 academic year.
