Professor Pablo Ibáñez Colomo was recently quoted in the New York Times on the Competition and Markets Authority's decision to block Microsoft's acquisition of gaming company Activision Blizzard. He noted that the tribunal that oversees appeals looks mainly at whether a ruling was reached lawfully and reasonably.
