Professor Conor Gearty at the British Academy-Royal Irish Academy Breakfast Briefing this morning, on IRELAND AND BREXIT: WHAT NEXT?

Folllowing the Irish Ambassador and two distinguished academics Professor Gearty presented on the common ground that has already been achieved, and the barriers that remained in the way of further agreement.  The audience was invitation-only and aimed at the diplomatic service and journalists based in Britain.  Professor Conor Gearty commented:
