Marcela Celorrio is a Headhunter and Consultant. She has experience working for an international financial development organization, global human resources consulting firms, and technology companies. She founded an app named Dianne, with mentoring and sponsorship programs.
With over 15 years of experience in talent management, she advises executives at both corporate and SME levels, promoting an inclusive leadership mindset to enhance decision-making across various sectors. She is convinced that in today’s challenging world, the diversity of thought and experience that everyone brings is essential and requires the ongoing development of specific capabilities, such as agility, empathy, resilience, decision-making, courageous communication, and passion, to build trust and make a meaningful impact. She has published articles on Talent Management and Women in the Workplace.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business from National Louis University, has completed graduate studies in Human Resources Management at UCEMA, and a Fostering Diversity and Inclusion Program at Yale University. She is married and has three children.
