Robert C Douglas Scholarship in Economics

The Robert C Douglas Scholarship in Economics is established to support applicants who are a national of and currently domiciled in Canada with an offer of full time admission to the MSc Economics programme.

The first of these scholarships was awarded in 2020 and will be available annually until academic session 2024.

The Robert C Douglas Scholarship in Economics supports applicants who are a national of and currently domiciled in Canada, with an offer of full time admission to the MSc Economics programme.

 

Scholarship amount

There is one award which will provide £15,000 towards fees and living costs.

How to apply

  • applied for admission to study at LSE; see How to apply
  • submitted the LSE Graduate Financial Support Application (including Section G: Personal Statement) accessed via the Graduate Application Tracker. Within the personal statement, you must explain fully your background and if applicable, where you are in the process of applying for refugee status; as much detail as possible will be helpful in assessing your application.
  • received an offer of admission (conditional or unconditional)
