Hi All,

As your new academic rep together with Gayatri, I was asked to introduce myself here.  I have a background in development economics/econometrics and am interested in researching social protection mechanisms for informal workers in my dissertation. Beyond the academics, I love music (played drums since I was 6), have worked in several cultural institutions, and love the occasional celebratory beer.

Please always reach out if you have any (small or grand) suggestions/comments/critiques for our stream - or some social events!

Cheers,
Johannes
