Big Issue Article: How to make the military recruitment system fairer

LSE Philosophy Associate Professor Jonathan Parry and his colleague Christina Easton (University of Birmingham) have published a new article in Big Issue discussing the current recruitment practices in the UK military.

The philosophers discuss how the current recruitment system targets particular vulnerable people such as recruits under the age of 18 as well as recruits from economically deprived parts of the country and how the system could be made fairer.
