About
I am a social welfare scholar whose research spans social service delivery systems, integrated care and related housing, child care policy, and community development.
I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and am currently a Professor of Social Welfare at Kyonggi University.
My research focuses on examining the role of case management in building more effective and efficient social welfare service delivery systems and proposing practical improvements in this area. I am also deeply interested in strategies for integrating healthcare, social services, and housing to enhance community-based care and improve the quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities, and children.
I am a member of the Academy of Korean Social Welfare Administration and currently serve as a Vice President of the association. I previously served as Director of the Child Policy Research Center at the Korean National Center for the Rights of the Child (NCRC).
