Michaela is a visiting research student at the London School of Economics and Political Science for the summer term. She is a PhD student in Statistics at Charles University and a PhD fellow at the Institute of Computer Science of the Czech Academy of Sciences. In her dissertation, she focuses on extending statistical methods for measurement invariance and differential item functioning. Prior to joining her PhD programme, Michaela completed an MSc in Probability, Mathematical Statistics and Econometrics and a BSc in General Mathematics, both at Charles University.
