I am a PhD student in Environmental Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (since 2025). My research explores the intersection of climate and finance, with a particular focus on the role of states and state-owned institutions in financing the green transition. More broadly, I am interested in the interaction between fiscal and monetary policies and climate-related issues.
Trained as both an economist and a political scientist, I use a wide range of methods — from classical quantitative and qualitative approaches to computational techniques. I hold an MPhil in Politics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth.
Beyond academia, I enjoy running, cooking, bouldering, and reading.
