Federico Bastianello is an Assistant Professor at LSE Department of Finance. He obtained his PhD from London Business School. His research interests lies at the intersection of asset pricing and behavioral finance, with a focus on how subjective beliefs are formed, updated, and reflected in asset prices and investment decisions. He combines recent advances in machine learning, econometrics, and information based asset pricing models to study beliefs across a wide spectrum of market participants.
