Professor Saadi Lahlou awarded the 2026 Benjamin Delessert Prize

We are delighted that Professor Saadi Lahlou has been awarded the 2026 Benjamin Delessert Prize. The prize recognises leading research in nutrition across medical, human, and social sciences.

This year the jury, which comprises members of the scientific committee of the Benjamin Delessert Institute,  highlighted Professor Lahlou’s multidisciplinary work and his influential Installation Theory, which has shaped understanding of behavioural change and food behaviour.
