Before joining JPMorgan in 2022, Luke was a Director in PwC’s sustainability advisory practice in London, advising global financial institutions on their sustainability strategies.
Before PwC, Luke worked on financial services public policy issues in London and Brussels. He holds degrees from the University of Nottingham and Bayes Business School.

Before joining the LEGO Group, Ian spent over 8 years in the non-profit and international development sector focusing on healthcare, early childhood education, and clean water access. His work in country planning, programme management, and partnership development, combined with his experience collaborating with various organisations in the impact space, has enabled him to deliver meaningful impact in diverse and often challenging environments.
Ian is also an alumnus of the LSE Marshall Institute's Executive MSc in Social Business and Entrepreneurship.

Within his role, he looks after a $150M a year investment portfolio that supports interventions which aim to boost access to education and economic opportunities, as well as foster stronger and more resilient communities while ensuring that emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence benefit people across society equitably.
Hector serves on Google’s Latino Leadership Council, where he helps to steward Google’s social impact initiatives with the Latino community.
Hector has spent the last decade advancing social justice through philanthropy and public policy.
Prior to Google, Hector’s experience ranged from investment banking at Oppenheimer Holdings, domestic policy at the Office of Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and international development at the U.S. Department of State.
Outside of work, Hector has been recognised as a Young Global Leader through the World Economic Forum, a German Marshall Fellow, and serves on the Board of Directors of Hispanics in Philanthropy, the Latino Community Foundation, the Hispanic Federation, and several advisory boards, including Aspen Institute’s Latinos and Society, WorkingNation and Inicio Ventures.

Hana’s transition from the non-profit to the private sector was shaped by her experience at Kick4Life FC in Lesotho—an award-winning sport-for-development organisation using football to drive life-changing health, education, and employment outcomes in vulnerable youth.
An alumna of the EMSBE programme, Hana was a 2020 Marshall Institute Scholar and joint winner of the 2021 Marshall Prize for best overall programme performance. She now serves as a committee member for Generation2026, a pan-North American initiative advancing inclusive and safe access to sport for children ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Richard has built his career at the intersection of business strategy and social purpose. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the UK’s largest mutuals, including the Co-operative Group and John Lewis Partnership, where he developed strategies to balance profit and purpose, supported the growth of employee ownership, and launched innovative ventures like John Lewis Financial Services and the Co-op’s online pharmacy.
In 2022, Richard joined Action for Children, where he now leads strategy, impact, business planning, risk, and improvement. Alongside his professional career, he has served as Chair of Trustees for Childreach and sits on the Board of Trustees at the New Economics Foundation.
