Ottavia Pesenti holds a BA in Economics and Business and an MSc degree in Economics from LUISS University (Rome); the MSc degree conferred her also the RoME diploma from the Einaudi Institute for Economics and Finance, the research centre of the Bank of Italy. 

Ottavia’s research interests include the impact of the development and deployment of technological advancement, in particular of Artificial Intelligence, on labour markets as well as on firms productivity. She aims also to analyse the dynamics and the factors underlying intergenerational mobility. Moreover, she is interested in the understanding of rational individuals strategic behaviour.
