About me

Alastair’s research interests lie in understanding how artificial intelligence is governed, how do organisations shape ethical practices around the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. He is particularly interested in the emerging risk and governance models found across different geographies, as well as how workers and organisations are responding to this innovation and its regulation.

Alastair holds a distinction for an MSc degree in Diversity and Change Management from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Denmark. He received his BSc in International Management and French from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.

Prior to embarking on his academic career Alastair worked in change and project management positions, most recently as a Digital Projects Manager in a French Software-as-a-Service start-up. He also worked as a Management Consultant at engineering and management consultancy Mott MacDonald, focusing on procurement and operating model design.
