Jorge Guedes is a seasoned Digital Transformation Advisor and Programme Manager with extensive experience in leading winning teams in several international engagements. He plays an important role in his engagements by shortening the gap between Strategy and Execution, while advising his clients on future roadmaps with new age solutions, keeping their businesses ahead of the curve. On top of his consulting activities, he is a recurrent guest lecturer and speaker at several Universities while he continues to pursue his PhD in Strategic Management at ISCTE-IUL Lisbon, being a Visiting Research Student at the Department of Management of the London School of Economics.

Richard Hughes-Jones is an Executive Coach who works with the leaders of the future. His clients are entrepreneurs and ambitious executives in startup and high growth technology-led businesses.
