Sahan is a Visiting Fellow at LSE Health. He is a health economist. His published research has focused on healthcare prioritisation, healthcare financing and healthcare quality and safety for cardiovascular diseases. He draws on methods from econometrics and decision analytical modelling in his research.
Prior to joining LSE Health, Sahan consulted for the Asian Development Bank, International Labour Organisation and World Economic Forum. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in International Health Policy (Health Economics) from the London School of Economics.
