Dr Jan Zglinski speaks to international media on Manchester City case

Dr Jan Zglinski has given a series of interviews on the outcome of the Manchester City 115 charges case, speaking to TRT World and LBC, as well as appearing on the Byline Times podcast.
Dr Zglinski argued that a finding against City on 114 of the 115 charges is highly significant, pointing to a pattern of systematic rule-breaking rather than an isolated error. He cautioned that the case is ultimately a test of whether the Premier League can enforce its rules against its most powerful clubs — and whether its sanctions will deter other clubs from violating its financial rules.
