Dr Mona Paulsen gives evidence at House of Lords' International Agreements Committee

Dr Mona Paulsen joined Sam Lowe and Holger Hestermeyer to deliver oral evidence to the House of Lords' International Agreements Committee on the broad question: “Trade in a turbulent world: how should the UK deploy its trade instruments”. The hearing was held on the 21 April 2026 and they responded to questions concerning the UK Government's trade strategy, the UK's contribution to a proliferation of non-binding trade instruments, the value of FTAs, and challenges to the multilateral trading system.
