Dr Richard Martin awarded George Flannery Visiting Fellowship at Sydney Law School

Congratulations to Dr Richard Martin who has been awarded a George Flannery Visiting Fellowship at Sydney Law School. The George Flannery Fellowships are designed for outstanding early to mid-career researchers who show the potential to be future leaders in their fields. During his time in Sydney, Richard will be exploring collaborations and sharing his latest research on law in policing, including the relationship between the police power and legal regulation under the Human Rights Act 1998, and the statutory reform of pre-charge bail.
