On February 11, Dr Martin Husovec participated in the EU-US Tech and Trade Council Academic Research Workshop. Martin shared his research about how the governments should structure transparency obligations of digital platforms in the context of content moderation. The initiative invites leading academics to discuss current issues of digital policy while the representatives from the European Commission and the Whitehouse observe their discussion. The EU-US Tech and Trade Council serves as a forum for the EU and the US to coordinate approaches to key global trade, economic and technology issues.
