Dr Giulia Gentile's analysis of Consorzio judgment cited by Slovenian Constitutional Court

Dr Giulia Gentile's analysis on the Consorzio judgment delivered by the Court of Justice of the EU was recently cited with approval in a decision of the Slovenian Constitutional Court. 

Dr Gentile and co-author Dr Matteo Bonelli (Maastricht University) reflected on the novel duty of courts of last instance of the Member States to motivate the refusal to trigger a preliminary ruling procedure with the Court of Justice of the EU, in an article which can be read in full here.
