This Global South Dialogue webinar examines the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Development Bank, exploring its origins, institutional development, and progress to date. The discussion analyzes the bank's role in regional infrastructure financing, its relationship with member states, and its positioning within the evolving landscape of multilateral development finance institutions.
