I am conducting postdoctoral research on Chinese historians’ uses of European imperial history as part of the Humanities in the European Research Area’s East Asian Uses of the European Past project. Prior to joining LSE, I was a Global Perspectives on Society Teaching Fellow at New York University Shanghai. I hold a PhD from the University of Bristol and an MA in World History from Birkbeck College, University of London.
