“I am delighted and honoured to welcome you to the Global School of Sustainability Forum 2026: Challenges and Solutions for a Sustainable Future.

“Our programme includes thought-provoking discussion panels, high-level networking sessions and opportunities for your input into the GSoS strategy, as we work together to advance the critical sustainability agenda.

“The format for this conference allows us to celebrate and leverage the unique position of GSoS as a platform for global engagement and impact. By bringing together social science expertise from across LSE, and convening our international networks of partners and friends, we are creating a forum to advance our shared purpose of building a sustainable future for people and planet.

“We are pleased to host the Forum alongside the LSE Festival, an annual public engagement initiative that welcomes international audiences of over 150,000 for in-person and online events from the heart of London. This year’s LSE Festival theme, How to save the planet, is directly aligned with the focus and mission of our new Global School of Sustainability.
