Yoshiki is a PhD Economics candidate in the Department of Economics. He works on topics in environmental and development economics, using structural models from spatial economics, field experiments, and historical data.

Yoshiki holds a MSc in Economics from the LSE, and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Goethe University, Frankfurt. He has also been a visiting student at the University of Tokyo.
