Omry is an MRes/PhD candidate in the Department of Economics. His main research interests are labour and public economics, focusing on inequality, discrimination and job search.
Omry holds an MA in Economics and a BA in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Before joining the Department, he was employed as a research assistant to Victor Lavy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and to Adi Brender at the Bank of Israel.
