About
Alf is a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics. His main research interest is applied economic theory, and he works on a range of topics including development, education, technology and political conflicts.
Before joining the programme, he was a research assistant at the Schulich School of Business, and at the Guantao Law Firm, Toronto.
Alf holds an MSc in Economics from LSE and a BBA from Schulich School of Business.
