CIBL staff attend experience management event

        2018年4月11日,伦敦商务孔子学院的老师代表在The Brewery参加了由X4 Qualtrics公司举办的欧洲最大的体验管理活动。该活动旨在汇聚客户体验,人力资源,市场营销,产品开发和品牌管理等领域的领导者,共同分享他们创建世界一流市场和项目管理经验的策略和秘诀。

        活动当天,老师们聆听了多场主题演讲和分享,受益良多。其中由西班牙商学院INSEAD的客户反馈数据分析经理Fabienne Chemin带来的“How CX Measurement is changing Executive Education”的讲座,对我们孔子学院的商务课程的开发设计及拓展十分有启发。

        会上诸多商务界人士对中国的经济发展表现出了浓厚的兴趣,并对孔子学院的职能和课程有了一定的了解。会后我们也同这些人士进行了深入的交流。此举不仅使伦敦商务孔子学院与英国商务界的联系更加密切,也为员工今后的发展储备了资源,积累了经验。

Teachers from Confucius Institute for Business London  attended Europe’s largest Experience Management event organised by X4 Qualtrics on 11 April 2018 at The Brewery, London. This event aims to bringing together leaders in customer experience, HR, marketing, product development and brand management to share their strategies and secrets on building world-class market research and experience management Programme.

Teachers participated in several keynote speeches. Fabienne Chemin, Customer Feedback Data Analysis Manager from INSEAD give a speech about How CX Measurement is changing Executive Education was most helpful and attractive. It inspired us on customer relationship management and on our business courses design and development.

Many attendees showed strong interest in China’s economic development and Confucius Institute for Business London. During the event, our CIBL teachers introduced CIBL and our courses such as Chinese Language and Culture for Business curriculum to the attendees. Attending this event not only facilitate the connection between CIBL and the British business community, but also will accumulate experience for staff’s future development.
