伦敦商务孔子学院成功举办 “人工智能时代的有礼沟通” 活动 并正式启动国际研究中心
2026 年 5 月 12 日晚 6 时,由伦敦商务孔子学院主办的 “人工智能时代的有礼沟通” 专题论坛在伦敦政治经济学院顺利举行。本次活动特邀多元文化数字营销机构 STEPP Digital 联合创始人Nadya Tatarciuc‑Birca主持对话。

伦敦商务孔子学院院长、跨文化传播专家项骅博士,Avon前全球首席执行官Angela Cretu,国际银行业资深领袖Tim Skeet,跨境媒体战略顾问Oliver Pearce等应邀出席并开展对话。高校师生、业界人士、媒体从业者及汉语教育与跨文化交流领域的代表共同参加了本次活动。

论坛围绕人工智能快速发展背景下的沟通伦理、跨文化理解与尊重式交流展开深入探讨,聚焦数字时代沟通方式的变革与实践路径,为各界人士提供了兼具理论深度与现实意义的交流平台。

活动期间,伦敦商务孔子学院正式启动跨文化传播、商务与人工智能国际研究中心(International Research Hub on Intercultural Communication, Business and AI)。该研究中心汇聚全球研究者与实践者,致力于探索文化、商业与科技的互动关系,开展学术研究、举办专题活动,并出版双语刊物《The Intercultural Edge》,填补相关领域研究与交流平台的空白,推动跨文化传播、国际商务与人工智能领域的学术发展与实践创新。

整场活动内容充实、交流热烈,与会者围绕人工智能时代的沟通伦理与未来发展充分交换意见、收获颇丰。此次活动的成功举办与国际研究中心的正式启动,进一步拓展了伦敦商务孔子学院的学术平台与国际影响力,为中英跨文化对话、数字伦理交流与专业领域合作注入新的动力。
CIBL Launches International Research Hub and successfully held Respectful Communication in the Age of AI
On Tuesday, 12 May 2026, the panel event Respectful Communication in the Age of AI, organised by the Confucius Institute for Business London (CIBL), was successfully held at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). The session was chaired by Ms Nadya Tatarciuc-Birca, Co-founder of multicultural digital marketing agency STEPP Digital.
Dr Catherine Hua Xiang, Director of CIBL and intercultural communication specialist, Ms Angela Cretu, Former Global CEO of Avon, Mr Tim Skeet, senior leader in global banking, and Mr Oliver Pearce, cross-border media strategy consultant were invited to deliver presentations and insights. Academics, students, industry professionals, media practitioners, and representatives from education and cross-cultural exchange sectors also attended the event.
The forum explored in-depth themes including communication ethics, human-AI interaction, cross-cultural understanding, and respectful communication amid rapid advances in artificial intelligence, providing a high-level platform for theoretical and practical exchange.
During the event, CIBL officially launched the International Research Hub on Intercultural Communication, Business and AI. The Hub brings together global researchers and practitioners to examine the interaction between culture, commerce and technology, conduct academic research, host events, and publish the bilingual flagship publication The Intercultural Edge. It fills a gap in collaborative platforms and advances research and practice in intercultural communication, global business and AI.
