LSE has risen three places to sixth in the Sunday Times Good University Guide 2020.

The 2020 rankings scored the School highly for its research and graduate prospects. Overall, LSE was ranked 6th out of 131 UK institutions included in the list, rising from 9th place in 2019. LSE was also ranked second out of London’s universities.

Commenting on the School’s success, Minouche Shafik, Director of LSE, said: “LSE’s rise is well-deserved recognition for our investment in the student experience and the hard work of our staff and students. Although a ranking position can never fully represent the experience of studying here, the School’s performance confirms LSE’s position as one of the world’s leading universities.”
